YES! You have complete control to manage your Autoship through your online TLC account. Find your active Autoship schedules by visiting the Autoship tab under My Account.
Click ‘Cancel’ on the Autoship schedule you wish to Cancel and all future shipments will end. You have until midnight eastern standard time to cancel an Autoship scheduled to ship that day. If your order has already been created and processed for payment and you no longer need the shipment, contact Pet Service and they will do their best to prevent shipment and refund your order.
You will be notified that your Autoship has successfully been canceled.
