When you enter your payment information using our secure payment form, a ‘token’ is created that can be used for future purchases, including orders created and processed through Autoship. All payment methods are tokenized when entered through the form.
Once your card has expired, you will be required to re-enter your payment information to create a new token. You can not edit the expiry for the original card since the token does not include your card number. Update your payment information here.
If you have an active Autoship schedule, you’ll be required to enter your new preferred payment method (or default payment method) before you can securely delete your expired payment method from your account.
