To cancel your Autoship, click ‘Cancel Autoship’. You will receive confirmation your Autoship has been canceled.
You have until midnight of the morning your order is scheduled to ship to make adjustments or cancel. Contact our Pet Service Team at any time by clicking ‘Need Help with Your Autoship’ and completing the form.
