If You Had An Existing TLC Account Before November 1, 2021
On November 1, 2021 TLC Pet Food transitioned to a new website. Existing customers had an account migrated to the new website. If you have not accessed your account or are experiencing an error, please read the following carefully:
If You Were An Existing TLC Customer Before November 1, 2021:
You can log in using the email address and password used on the previous website. The new log in page can be found here. If you experience an error or have forgotten your password, please visit the Forgot Password page. Enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to your inbox to reset your password. If you receive an error that your account does not exist and you think this is a mistake, please click to contact Pet Service and provide them with the error you received here. If you do not receive the reset link, please check your spam folder and follow the instructions from your email provider to add TLC Pet Food as a ‘trusted sender’ (aka ‘whitelisting’).
