Tracking Your Referrals and Points!

As a qualified TLC Pet Pro, when one of your pet parents places an order with TLC, you earn points. Learn how to track and manage your points and referrals.

Log in to your TLC account and visit “My Account”. As a Paw Partner, you will now find you have access to a “Paw Partner Program” tab. Open the Paw Partner page and select “Your Referrals”  to view your most recent 25 referrals and the number of weeks since they last placed an order with TLC.

This report displays the name of your referral, their state/province, the date they registered (or created a TLC account), and the number of weeks since they last ordered. Use this to see how active your referrals are and whether they are continuing to order. As a Paw Partner, you earn points every time your referral places an order with TLC!

Open the Paw Partner Program section to view your points balance. Remember 10 points = $1. Points can be applied to your orders at checkout and can be auto-applied when you create an Autoship schedule for your orders!

View your monthly points activity by selecting the month from the date selector and clicking “Apply”. 

See every transaction including referral orders you have earned points from and personal purchases where you have spent points.

Important: Points expire 12 months after they’ve been earned.
